Does Virginia RB Wells have an offer

Offensive tackle James Bennett out of Alexandria (Va.) West Potomac is one of the top prospects in the Commonwealth. He however doesn't appear to be the only prospect receiving offers at the school as his teammate may hold an offer from the ACC in running back Josh Wells.
"According to my coach, I've got a partial scholarship to Virginia," he said. "I don't know for sure, but that's what my coach has told me. If that's true, I like their school and system."

The 5-foot-7, 178-pounder is interested in the Cavaliers, but one school obviously stands out.
"I really like Marshall," he stated. "I like the type of offense they run and the way they click. It compares a lot to my high school. It's also nice that they settle with one main running back. They are definitely a favorite right now.
"I also like Virginia Tech too. They compare me a lot to Mike Imoh and anytime you compare somebody else that makes it as far as he has gives me motivation."
Other schools showing interest in the Northern Virginia tailback include Maryland, Boston College, Illinois and others.
Spring break is quickly approaching for Wells and he plans to take a few visits.
"I'm going to take ones to Virginia Tech and Marshall and hopefully Illinois next week," he said. "I want to be impressed by how their running backs hit the hole and how they fit into their offenses. Then I can base the system with my skills.
"Other than that, I'm just looking for a college I feel 100% comfortable at and an offense that fits me."
Wells earned second team all-metro, first team all-region and first team all-district after accounting for over 1,700 yards of offense and 21 touchdowns in eight games.
