Does Goins have a leader

Recruiting is heating up for Baltimore (Md.) Gilman School running back Kenneth Goins. The 5-foot-10, 210-pounder holds a handful of scholarships, but does anyone lead?
"I'm getting a lot of interest," he said. "I've heard I have offers, but I haven't really been told, so I have no idea who I have."

Despite that fact Goins claims one school that has yet to offer is very high on the list.
"I'm a big fan of Penn State," he said. "I really like Penn State, that team. I don't know, they've always caught my eye for some reason. I visited once for the Michigan State game. I think I will go back there soon, I'm not sure when."
With college interest growing, what does Goins want in a college?
"I'm not really where, I don't want to go far if I have to and I still think I want to do business or engineering. Those are my top two."
On the field, Goins was a versatile threat for Gilman as a junior.
"I did very well, this was probably my best season so far," he said. "I didn't get a lot of carries, but I got a lot of sacks and tackles. I'm planning to be better next year as I'm working on my conditioning."
In terms of his college position, that continues to be up in the air.
"Colleges aren't really telling me what position, so I'm not really sure," he said. "If I play offense I'd like to play running back."
