Does Frederick have a leader
Benson (N.C.) West Johnston running back C.J. Frederick continues to sit on one scholarship. The 5-foot-10, 188-pounder is receiving interest from a number of other colleges and has one school that has caught his eye at this time.
"I've got an offer from East Carolina still," he said. "I'm also hearing from NC State, Wake Forest, Virginia Tech, Illinois, North Carolina and Duke.

"I was supposed to go to Virginia Tech yesterday and Wake Forest on Wednesday, but it didn't work out. I'm not sure if I'll make the return visits."
Wake Forest has caught Frederick's eye in the early going.
"I like Wake Forest," he said. "I like their offense and what I've herad about their coaches, they are really good."
While no visits appear to be coming in the near future, a few may be coming this summer.
"I'm going to go to East Carolina's summer camp and I may go to NC State and Virginia Tech."
Frederick posted 1,700-yards of offense and 25 touchdowns as a junior last season while earning conference offensive player of the year.
