After an official visit to Colorado a few weeks back, Dallas Skyline lineman Steven Coleman had listed the Buffs as his top team. Is he still now?
"Right now, I've backed off that," Coleman, a four-star player, said. "I don't have a favorite team anymore. I'm open again and looking at a few other teams, too."
Those other teams are Kansas State, Miami, Oklahoma and Tennessee.
"I'm supposed to visit Miami one weekend in December," he said. "I'm going to visit K-State, too. Tennessee is also looking good to me. I talked to their coaches last week and it's a good place."
What about Oklahoma, the other team mentioned on his list?
"They're the only ones that haven't officially offered me in writing," he said. "The caoch told me on the phone last week that an offer would be coming."
Coleman's team hasn't had a lot of success on the field this season. They're off to an 0-4 start but Coleman has 24 tackles.
"I'd rather take a win, though," he said."
