Does DE Thomas have a leader

After West Chester (Ohio) Lakota West defensive end Solomon Thomas attended Ohio State's camp June 23 and was offered a scholarship, he said the Buckeyes had moved up among his top three choices. Thomas now goes a bit further, and indicates OSU may be the school to beat.
"I'm going to get up there and check things out pretty soon," Thomas said. "I want to watch the guys work out.

"I'm definitely thinking about scheduling an official visit. Ohio State is very high on my list. They have stepped up."
Thomas has previously said he was favoring the South to continue his education, and that may still happen. But Columbus is looking more and more attractive.
"Ohio State or North Carolina State, I couldn't say which one I like better," Thomas said. "But those are definitely my top two.
"I've been to Ohio State and met the whole coaching staff. I haven't done that with North Carolina State. So if I had to pick on the basis of that I would say Ohio State."
Thomas has scholarship offers from both schools as well as Illinois, Boston College, Arizona State, Louisville, Cincinnati and some others.
"I'm definitely still looking at Illinois," he said. "And Boston College and Arizona State. Tennnessee and Virginia Tech say they are really interested, but they haven't offered."
The 6-foot-4 and 210-pound Thomas made 68 tackles during his junior season including nine sacks.
