The 6-foot, 195-pound three-star outside linebacker said he committed on Thursday.
"It's true," he said. "I'm a Beaver."
Doctor is currently in class and isn't able to elaborate more on his decision. Rivals.com will have more on Doctor's commitment soon.
Doctor ranks as the No. 10 player in Oklahoma and the No. 27 outside linebacker in the nation.
Doctor has been doing his part to get ready for the season that opens tonight against fellow state power Carl Albert.
"I've really improved on my hips and my tackling," he said. "I want to be able to make a big hit, an NFL tackle on every play. I think I've gotten a lot faster, like a 4.4 or a 4.3 instead of a 4.5."
