Do local schools still lead for Hall

Lineman Marque Hall has made nearly everyone's top five list in North Carolina, and judging by his list of offers college coaches would seem to agree. Do the in-state schools still hold the edge for Hall?
"Things are pretty even right now," said Hall. "I mean, it can't hurt schools like NC State or North Carolina being so close to home, but that won't be the only thing I look at. Those schools, along with the others I've mentioned in the past are still right up there at the top of my list."

Hall is a 6-foot-5, 300-pound offensive/defensive tackle from Marshville, N.C. He runs the 40-yard dash in 4.8 seconds, which is nearly unheard of for a player his size. Hall plans on taking some visits before deciding anything.
"I plan on taking all five of my official visits before making my decision," he said. "There's a good chance I'll stay in-state for a couple of them, but I'd like to get out and see other places as well like maybe Clemson, Virginia, Virginia Tech or some others.
"Our season starts Friday (August 15th) so it will take some planning to work in all the trips. But those trips will be some of the most important things I'll consider when making my decision. I'll get a look at how the players work together and the level of unity the whole team has. That's going to big when I'm considering where to attend college."
So when can we expect a decision from Hall?
"I'd like to make my decision in early February or sometime around then," he said. "I might not wait until Signing Day, but it will probably be in the one or two weeks leading up to that."
