Dioubate blowing up

It has been an amazing start to Karamo Dioubate's recruitment. In the span of just a few weeks, the Philadelphia (Pa.) Prep Charter defensive end has already hit double digit offers.
"Coach told me he was going to start picking up and it really has," said the 6-foot-4, 250-pound Dioubate. "I don't really know how many I have right now. Rutgers was my first Big Ten offer. Temple was my first offer.

"The coaches at Rutgers told us to come up for a game," he said. "One of my coaches has a connection to the Rutgers coaches. I went up there watched them play and I got the offer before the game so was a great day."
From there the floodgates opened.
"Ohio State was unexpected," Dioubate said. "That one shocked me. I saw Ohio State play last year. When I find out Braxton Miller couldn't play this year I was bummed. The younger guy did well taking over that. I know he just broke his ankle.
"My coaches were trying to get in touch with Penn State a lot," he said. "Once they saw my film they called my coach and told them they had offered me. I like the legacy of Joe Paterno at Penn State. I've been watching them for a long time. It's a great program you.
"Patrick Amara, one of my friends, goes Pittsburgh," said Dioubate. "I've heard a couple of good things from him. I know they're trying to get a better up front. I know that James Connor is really good. I watch them play a couple times on TV.
"I don't know too much about Maryland," he said. "I'm still trying to figure out what they are all about.
"I got to glance at Virginia's game against Miami," Dioubate said. "I don't know too much about them.
"I don't know them too much about Boston College," he said. "I heard about their running back that went to the NFL last year. I watched Andre Williams play college. He's a heck of a ballplayer."
Miami and Michigan State are Dioubate's most recent offers.
"I know Miami produces a lot of good offensive and defensive players," said Dioubate. "They put a lot of guys into the NFL.
"I watched Michigan State a little this year but I mostly watched them last year," he said. "I saw them when they played Ohio State. Michigan State has been dominant up front. I think their defense was ranked number one last year."
Dioubate has yet to really see many schools.
"I've done a couple visits," Dioubate said. "Penn State and Rutgers are the two schools I've been to. I've also been to a couple Temple games."
Dioubate is regularly keeping in touch with many schools.
"I started talking to all of the coaches at the schools and I've been offered by," he said. "I talked to Penn State's defensive line coach I put Ohio State's defensive line coach. I talked to all of my position coaches. At most schools. I talk to all of them the same."
Prep Charter won ten games this season.
