Dill nabs second offer

It's been a busy week for Camp Hill (Pa.) Trinity offensive tackle R.J. Dill. The 6-foot-8, 284-pounder participated in the Elite College Combine on Tuesday and then added his second offer.
"I went to the Elite and did alright," he said. "I got beat once bad by Reggie Ellis on a bull rush, but he was the best guy to get beat be since he won it all. I did hold him another time and did well against the smaller guys. I think I showed the coaches my footwork a bit."

Following the combine, Dill picked up his second offer from Connecticut.
"I've been up there and it's an interesting place. I was impressed with the facilities and coaches," he said. "I know they are on the rise. They have come up from I-AA to I-A."
With two offers in hand, do any schools lead?
"I really like Maryland still," he said. "The coaches there have been faithful to me and offered me before anyone else that counts for something. I'm evaluating Connecticut and other schools though too like Rutgers and Pittsburgh. Pitt is very interested and in fact, is planning to visit me on Friday while Rutgers will be there next week. We'll see what happens there."
Although he's still participating in AAU, Dill plans to take in another camp in a couple weeks to Penn State. He's also looking at possible summer camps to Michigan, Pittsburgh and Rutgers.
