Diesch returns from AM, plans official

Trophy Club (Texas) Byron Nelson offensive tackle Kellen Diesch was one of several top prospects at Kyle Field in College Station, Texas, to watch the Texas A&M Aggies face the Alabama Crimson Tide on Saturday.
The game did not turn out the way the Aggies hoped, but the 6-foot-7, 275-pound lineman left impressed with what he saw in the Texas A&M program.

"It was fun to see a game time experience. Even though they lost it was still a great experience," Diesch said. "The crowd was still into the game even though it didn't turn out their way. A&M is still a good team. They just had three pick six's and they can't do that against a really good team."
Diesch does not have any other unofficial visits currently scheduled, but he does have an official visit scheduled to Texas A&M the weekend of November 6 when the Aggies host Auburn.
He took an official visit to Tennessee the weekend of October 9, and he does not have any other official visit plans.
Since re-opening his recruiting process, Diesch says he has received the most attention from Tennessee, Texas A&M, and Alabama.
He is currently keeping an open mind to all of his options, and he does not have a timetable for commitment decision. He does know what he is looking for in a future college home.
"Just a place I fit in well - a good football program, a good college, a good campus," Diesch said.
Diesch is currently ranked No. 29 among the nation's 2016 offensive tackles and No. 51 in the Rivals.com Texas Preseason Top 100 for 2016.
