Did California QB take Midwest visit

Tulare, Calif., quarterback Emmanuel Lewis made an official visit to Nevada the weekend of Dec. 9. He also had a trip planned to Ball State this past weekend.
"The Ball State visit got postponed," Lewis said. "I think things got mixed up, so we'll do it Jan. 13."

Lewis may only take one or two official visits.
"Hopefully I'll get some others set up," he said. "But I doubt it. Kansas State called, but I don't know how serious they are."
Lewis is waiting for his second scholarship offer.
"Nevada is still evaluating, but I think they are going to offer," Lewis said. "Ball State has offered.
"Right now I'd have to say I like Nevada best since I've visited there."
The 6-foot-1 and 180 pound Lewis had a big senior season. Lewis threw for 4218 yards in leading his team to a 12-1 record.
