Highland Park (Mich.) wide receiver Jermal Hosley considered taking his recruitment out into his senior season and seeing how many more offers he could accumulate, but the 5-9, 172-pound prospect decided he already was ready to make a decision and announced his choice on Wednesday at the Sound Mind, Sound Body Media Day in Detroit.
"I chose to commit to Bowling Green," Hosley reported.
Hosley had also received an offer from Ball State. He had been receiving attention from several BCS Conference programs, but found what he needed at Bowling Green.
I'm a receiver and they throw the ball a lot.," Hosley noted. "The environment around there is a real family environment. Even though distance is not a problem, they are close to home. I just love it and it's a real nice place to be. It just seemed right."
Hosley will team with Rivals250 cornerback Raymon Taylor, who has committed to Indiana, this fall for Highland Park. He is coming off a junior season in which he caught 36 passes for over 800 yards and six touchdowns.
