Delaware RB sitting on two offers

Two offers are already in for 5-foot-8, 158-pound running back Jamaal Jackson. The Newark (Dela.) Hodgson Vo-Tech prospect has pulled offers from both the ACC and Big East and more schools are looking.
"He's got offers from Boston College and Rutgers," Hodgson Vo-Tech head coach Frank Moffett said. "He's also getting interest from Virginia, Louisville, Connecticut, Temple, Michigan and West Virginia. We're just getting film out there so I expect things to pick up more soon.

"Jamaal is working hard to get bigger, faster and stronger and is hitting the books hard too."
Does Jackson like anyone to date?
"I think right now it is Rutgers since the twins are there," he said. "He's spoken to Coach Susan and Coach Schiano. Rutgers is a good program moving up. Boston College is in the local area too."
In the meantime, Jackson wrapped up a solid junior season in which he posted 1,577-yards rushing, 24 total touchdowns, 30 tackles and two interceptions on his way to first team all-conference and second team all-state.
"Everybody knows he's the man to stop and was almost the leading rusher in the state," he said. "He also had close to 300-yards receiving and three or four touchdowns. I think he had a fantastic season. He's got a good physique, is strong and has great vision. He sees the field and can cut on a dime. He also is good between the tackles and can block. He's a Division I player without a doubt. He also has the ability to lineup at cornerback, slot receiver or be a returner. He's an athlete.
"Off the field he's a very quiet kid. He never gets into trouble and is focusing on his academics. He's taking the appropriate steps to get to the next level."
