Defensive lineman picks up second offer

The scholarship offers for Zane Tomlin might be picking up over the next few days. His second offer was received by phone from Oklahoma State two nights ago.
Zane Tomlin's father, Jim Tomlin, says that they are expecting scholarship offers to come from Washington, Missouri, Oregon, Auburn, Texas A&M, Baylor, Arizona and Missouri very soon.

"Greg Kuligowski, defensive line coach at Missouri, says they really need Zane in the defensive line," Tomlin's father said. "They said he could start playing as a freshman and he says they are going to offer Zane before school is out."
The 6-foot-4, 276-pound defensive tackle from San Antonio (Texas) Clark still has Colorado, who was the first to offer him, in the slight lead over Oregon and others.
As a junior Zane Tomlin was named first team all-district and he had 85 tackles with 30 of them being tackles for loss.
Over 30 schools visited Tomlin's spring practices during the month of May.
"He's taking the attention pretty well," his dad said. "Lots of people know Zane's name now."
