Defensive End gets first two offers

Houston (Texas) Hastings' defensive end Alonzo Dotson has several new offers and a new top five.
May 16 brought offers from Missouri just an hour before Kansas called to offer. He has also received an unofficial verbal offer from Texas. "The new top five is Colorado, Arkansas, Missouri, Kansas and Texas with no clear favorite so if today was signing day I couldn't sign," the 6-foot-5, 220 pound Dotson said.

Colorado is recruiting the him hardest and sending the most mail. "I want to make as many camps as I can. I have Notre Dame, Kansas, Texas and maybe Arkansas planned now."
His current official visit list has changed drastically.
Missouri replaces UCLA. "They've offered me and were the first to do so. Their coach is full of energy and he is excited about me. They have good academics being they have one of the top business programs around."
Arkansas replaces Ohio State. "I like the coach and the staff is young and energetic."
Kansas replaces Miami. "They've offered and the coach is young. They are excited about me possibly coming there and have put a defensive scheme in that will let me do my thing on the field so I'll be more productive."
Dotson recently upped his squat to 385 and tested a 31 inch vertical leap at the Nike camp May 4.
