Duncanville, Texas defensive tackle Xavier Lawson-Kennedy could have a decision as early as this weekend.
"Oh please," Lawson-Kennedy's father said when asked if his son had reached a decision about his college destination. "Not even close. We're still talking to the schools and listening to what they have to say."
As a matter of fact, the conversations were going on right at that point.

"A couple of the Arkansas coaches are in the other room with my son right now talking to him."
The No. 53 player in the country hopes to have a decision by this weekend.
"Hopefully this weekend this will all come to an end and we can make a choice."
Lawson-Kennedy has visited and is considering Arkansas, Florida, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State and Texas A&M.
