Decision Coming This Month

Lilburn (Ga.) Parkview is loaded with talent this season and their 30-0 record over the last two seasons is a good example. As with most teams, everything starts with the quarterback and Parkview has a very good one in Dustin Wade.
“Last year I threw for more than 2,100 yards with 26 touchdowns,” said the 6-foot-2, 195-pounder. “I also ran for five more and completed 65-percent of my passes.”

Those numbers and his leadership skills have many top programs interested in Wade. This spring he’s been visited at school by coaches from Georgia, South Carolina, Georgia Tech, Clemson, Virginia, Stanford, Alabama, Florida and many others. He wants to make a decision early, possibly by the end of this month if the right offers comes in.
“Right now I like Georgia Tech, Georgia, Alabama, Florida and South Florida the best,” he said. “They’re all great places to get an education and have fun playing football.”
Wade plans to camp at Georgia in June, but that might not happen if he gets an offer he deems suitable and commits. While no one has come to the table with such an offer yet, the first team among his favorites to do so might land themselves one of the top signal-callers in Georgia.
