Decision coming from Hall
Chesapeake (Va.) Western Branch linebacker Vince Hall is ready to make his decision.
"He told me he was going to announce on Thursday, but that changes all the time," said Cathy, the mother of the 6-foot-1, 230-pounder. "I think he wants to get it over with before this week."

Hall recently took a visit to Tennessee and has already been to Virginia Tech and North Carolina. It's down to those three.
"I think he actually has two favorites, but I'm not going to speak for him," she said. "I went on all the visits with him and each was impressive in its own way."
Hall was at a basketball game on Tuesday night and wouldn't be back until later. His mother wasn't sure if he would announce at school or just call coaches.
"The whole press conference thing is kind of pretentious, I'd rather he didn't do that," she said. "But I think his coaches will probably set something like that up."
