DE To Change Commitment

"The atmosphere was great," defensive end Andy Alleman said after visiting Ohio State and watching the Buckeyes win over Akron. "I really liked what I saw."
Alleman is 6-foot-5 and 235 pounds. He has a 40-yard dash time of 4.68 seconds.

Alleman fractured his thumb in his second game of the season. However he continues to play well for Massillon (Ohio) Washington. In three games, all victories, Alleman has made 24 tackles.
"When I was at Ohio State I dropped off some tapes to the coaches," Alleman said. "They are going to let me know what they think this week. I'm still a soft commitment to Pitt. Ohio State is pretty much the only other school in the picture. But if they offer a scholarship I would definitely consider it."
In regards to another Ohio prospect, linebacker Mike D'Andrea from Avon Lake did not visit Nebraska. He had planned to attend the Nebraska-Notre Dame game, but a strained right knee Friday night kept him at home over the weekend. However the injury is not thought to be serious and D'Andrea hopes to be ready to play this coming weekend.
