DE Tennyson enjoyed recent campus stops

Eagan (Minn.) junior defensive end/inside linebacker prospect Rob Tennyson (6-foot-3, 235 pounds) had a busy schedule last weekend, as Tennyson participated in the MSL combine held at Northwestern University last Saturday. Tennyson also traveled North to the University of Wisconsin last Sunday for a Badgers spring practice.
"I had a busy weekend at both Northwestern and Wisconsin," Tennyson said. "I thought that it was good to get out and see a few schools in person and it was a good trip for my family and myself."

Tennyson was part of the MSL combine on Saturday at Northwestern University.
"Overall I thought I performed decent, but I basically wasn't able to build up much of a sweat and I thing that effected how I ran on Saturday. I was glad that I had a chance to get an early combine in and now I'll know what to expect at a few more camps and combines down the road."
Tennyson, who was on campus in Evanston as part of the MSL combine didn't get a chance to talk with the Wildcat coaches but liked what he saw in Evanston.
"I was able to see some of the Northwestern spring scrimmage and I also was able to see some of the facilities, the football stadium and the campus. I liked what I saw overall at Northwestern."
Tennyson and his family then headed to Madison, Wisconsin on Sunday for a Badgers spring practice.
"I thought everything at Wisconsin was really good. I had a chance to watch the Badgers practice, then I also had a chance to check out the campus and the facilities at Wisconsin. The stadium and the facilities overall are really top notch. I also had a chance to talk with some of the coaches at Wisconsin and they seemed like really good guys. I also liked what I saw of the campus in Madison. Overall I'd give Wisconsin really high marks."
Tennyson is also setting his remaining spring and summer plans.
"I'm going to the Nike Camp at Stanford, so I'm also going to check out Stanford. I'm still looking at setting my summer camp plans. I'm looking at camping at Boston College and possibly camping or making unofficial visits to a handful of Ivy League schools. I'm also planning to camp at Wisconsin this summer."
