DE Tapper has a top three

Baltimore (Md.) City College High defensive end Charles Tapper holds six offers. The 6-foot-4, 245-pounder claims three schools so far are standing out from the group.
"I'm not really visiting schools right now, but I am going to go out next month to a lot of places," he said. "I don't know where I'm going yet."

Currently Tapper holds six offers from Miami, Oklahoma, Penn State, Rutgers, San Diego State and West Virginia.
"They all just keep telling me what I could possibly be if I work hard enough and they are telling me if I could play as a freshman and what position I'm going to play," he said. "They also talk about how they can benefit me in the future."
Does Tapper like anybody at this stage?
"I like Oklahoma, West Virginia and Miami right now, those three are kind of my dream schools," he said. "I like Oklahoma cause that was my first offer, West Virginia is not too far from home and Miami, that's always one of those dream schools coming up."
The three-star prospect believes another offer may not be far off.
"Georgia may be on the verge," he said. "They just want to see a little bit more tape and see me in person to see if I'm really built, they want to see how I'm coming along."
As the summer wears on, is there an offer Tapper is still waiting for?
"I'd say Georgia, Oregon, Auburn and Virginia Tech," he said. "I always liked those schools when I was coming up. With Virginia Tech, I knew a couple people that graduated from there. I like Oregon cause they are switching uniforms and the Nike stuff and Auburn cause they won the championship."
