"We're 5-2," defensive end Michael Hearns said. "We're having a pretty good season."

"Right now I'm looking at Ohio State, Michigan State, Tennessee, Pitt, Missouri, Toledo, and Cincinnati."

"It's going to be a hard choice. They're all pretty good schools."

"Pitt, Michigan State, Missouri, and Toledo have offered me."

"I'd like to visit Ohio State, Michigan State, and Pitt. Those are three I'd like to visit."

Hearns, a 6-foot-6 and 240 pounder from Cleveland (Ohio) Glenville, is a fine all-around athlete who is also a varsity starter on the Glenville basketball team. He will need to raise his test score.
