DE Shultz claims a leader

Orrtanna (Pa.) Gettysburg defensive end Logan Shultz has taken plenty of unofficial visits this spring. The 6-foot-4, 273-pounder claims one school is currently on top for his services.
"I've been texting a lot of coaches," he said. "I've been talking to Michigan, Penn State, West Virginia, Boston College, Pittsburgh, Louisville, Virginia Tech and others.

"I'd say Penn State is my favorite. I've been going up there for the past four years and there is something special up there. There's something about the stadium with 110,000 people it can't compare."
With plenty of schools showing interest in Shultz, what does he want in a college?
"I want to be able to get an education, that's the important thing for me," he said. "I also want to be able to contend every year for a title and the conference. I don't want to go to a school that'll just have one good year. I want consistency. Then I also would like to get along with teammates and have nice coaches."
Shultz plans to attend camps at West Virginia, Michigan, Pittsburgh, Virginia Tech, Penn State, Louisville and Maryland this summer.
Last season he registered 93 tackles, 17 for loss, 11.5 sacks and four forced fumbles on his way to first team all-conference, all-area and all-state honors.
