DE Robbins on the verge of more offers

Forestville (Md.) Bishop McNamara defensive end Kevin Robbins claims three offers at this time. The 6-foot-4, 235-pounder is on the verge of blowing up according to his coach.
"He did very well at the Army combine," Bishop McNamara head coach Brice Bevill said. "He's got offers from East Carolina, Michigan State and Syracuse. Those are the three offers, but he's a kid that is starting to rise."

Bevill believes it's only a matter of time until more schools move in.
"It's funny, once a kid gets one offer, they just start to roll in," he said. "Rutgers, Maryland and Iowa are showing a lot of interest. The only schools that haven't been by are the SEC. Ole Miss and Tennessee are starting to check him out. They are coming through.
"I think the next couple months are big for him and the rest of our guys. Offers will really start coming in."
A versatile prospect, Bevill discussed his star lineman more.
"Kevin is a defensive end and tight end," he said. "HE played very well for us at defensive end. He is a long armed kid and was second on the team in sacks and led our team in receiving yardage. He can catch the ball really well. He is just outstanding at 6-foot-4, 235-pounds and he's continuing to grow."
