Murnane talked about his visit to Northwestern University.
"I had a chance to watch a spring practice at Northwestern, and I really enjoyed myself. I had a chance to sit in on a position meeting, then after the practice I also had a chance to talk with the coaches at Northwestern. I definitely got the feeling that they are interested in me, and they really want me to camp there this summer."
Murnane has continued to draw recruiting interest and some hand-written mail recently.
"I've been getting hand-written mail recently from Northern Illinois, Northwestern, Idaho and Air Force. I'm still getting steady mail from Wisconsin, Purdue, Iowa, Boston College, Akron, Toledo, Bowling Green, Indiana and Michigan State."
Murnane will be a part of the Nike Camp in Ann Arbor on May 7th. Has Murnane started to consider his summer camp plans?
"I'm thinking about camping this summer, mostly one-day camps. I'm still sorting out which camps I'll attend this summer."
