DB spending a lot of time in Fayetteville

Little Rock (Ark.)Central safety Kevin Thornton plays at a school that tradtionally sends players to Arkansas and has been to every Arkansas game this year. What does that say about the Hogs chances?
"I like Arkansas a whole lot right now," Thornton said. "I have been to every Arkansas game this year so far. The one against Alabama was a really good game. I am also looking at Tennessee, Alabama, Ole Miss and Memphis."

The 6-foot-2, 187-pound Thornton runs the 40-yard dash in 4.6 seconds and is ranked as the No. 3 prospect in the Natural State and the No. 14 safety in the nation by Rivals.com.
"This Saturday I will be going to the Memphis game, I am interested to see what they have," Thornton said. "The Arkansas game last week was a really good game, Arkansas just pulled away at the end."
Thornton helped guide Central to a 14-0, Class 5A state title run last season. On the year, Thornton racked up 82 tackles and made 10 interceptions for Coach Bernie Cox's Tigers.
So far this season he has 27 tackles, four interceptions, four fumble recoveries and has blocked two passes.
"I have not set up any official visits yet, but I am going to start doing that," Thornton said. "I may not take any of them until after the season is over though."
