DB Makes Big Ten Commitment
"He committed to Illinois," said St. Paul (Minn.) Saint Agnes head coach Ron Rice of his star cornerback prospect Anthony Longe.
"He visited there the first weekend. He came home and talked things over with his mother, then he committed a little later."

Longe, 5-foot-11 and 175 pounds, also had an offer from Minnesota, and was drawing interest from a host of others including Nebraska.
Longe picked off seven passes this season and had 15 for his career. He also rushed for over 700 yards this year.
