DB Krah is on the radar

Durham (N.C.) Hillside defensive back Myer Krah emerged as a talent to watch after an impressive performance at the VTO Elite 100. Recruiting is picking up for the 5-foot-11, 186-pounder.
"When I first went in, I was hyped," he stated. "I felt real good after the shuttle and vert. I knew I was hyped and I knew I did well. I'd think I'd get that much attention."

Krah is coming off a solid season for Hillside as a junior.
"I moved around a lot last year, I was mostly at linebacker," he said. "I saw time more at strong safety, but for college I'm willing to switch up and play cornerback."
Not just a football star, Krah is an exceptional track athlete that is apart of the Team USA Junior Olympic team.
"I usually run the long jump and triple jump. I am getting a lot of interest there from North Carolina, Florida State and Texas A&M," he said. "I may try to do track in college as well. It depends on how things go."
In terms of football recruiting, who's eyeing Krah?
"I'm currently in touch with Georgia Tech and I'm supposed to visit there on April 17th with Vad Lee and a couple other guys," he said. "NC State, Virginia, East Carolina, Nebraska, Virginia Tech, Duke, Wake Forest and North Carolina are also sending mail.
"I am looking at North Carolina's spring game this weekend and maybe Penn State soon."
The Carolina defensive back recently took trips to NC State and Duke.
"I've been looking at NC State since my freshman year," he said. "I really like their defense and I could see myself playing there. With Duke, I like them. I do think I want to get a bit further away from Durham. I would like to stay in the ACC."
A few colleges are sticking out at this point in time.
"I'm really trying to get an offer from Georgia Tech," he said. "My top schools would be Georgia Tech, NC State and Virginia."
With interest developing, what does Krah want in a college?
"I guess for me it's being comfortable and being able to play there," he said. "I want a coach that accepts my style so that one day I can go further than that. I'd like to stay in the ACC, but I'll take any offer. I'm also kind of big on family and being able to have my friends, coaches and family see me play."
Krah plans to attend the Nike Camp at Virginia Tech in May.
