Skinny: Dutch is an explosive player that can turn a game around on offense, defense or special teams. He has excellent speed and already has plenty of offers.
"I've got scholarship offers from Michigan, UVA, Maryland, Boston College, Pitt, Michigan State, Penn State, Virginia Tech, West Virginia, Syracuse, Purdue, Stanford, Vanderbilt and Georgia Tech," said Dutch. "I want to leave my options open so I'll consider anyone who shows interest in me."
Dutch already has a good idea of which schools he'd like to camp at and visit.
"I'm going to summer camps at UVA, Maryland and UNC. I also plan on visiting Michigan, Stanford, UNC and Miami sometime before long. I've already taken visits to UVA, Maryland and Penn State.
"Academics are going to be a big factor in my decision. The player-coach relationship is going to be the key. I would like to be able to play early, preferably my first year, and I want to be in a pass-oriented system."
