MISSION VIEJO, Calif. - Michigan is the latest offer for three-star defensive back Chris Adimora.
It’s one that definitely captured his attention.
“That’s a big offer right there,” Adimora said. “That was kind of out of the blue. I had talked to one of their coaches, coach (Chris) Partridge, and he called me on the phone. He said he watched my film and everything, talked to the head coach and they wanted to offer me.
“It’s Michigan. Jabrill Peppers and everything, that’s really big to me.”
The Lakewood (Calif.) Mayfair standout who looked good this past weekend at the Under Armour Camp has now landed offers from Arizona, Arizona State, Boise State, BYU, Colorado, Michigan, Nebraska, Oregon, Oregon State, Texas, UCLA, USC and Utah.
Two Pac-12 teams, in particular, are starting to stand out most to the 6-foot, 186-pound three-star prospect but it's still early. Adimora is recently back from visits to Arizona and Arizona State.
“I like Oregon and Arizona right now,” Adimora said. “Oregon has been showing me love since the jump, since I started with the recruiting process. Arizona, I’m messing with coach (Demetrice Martin) really heavy over there.”
Having Martin, who had coached at UCLA, now in Tucson is definitely a big deal to the Lakewood Mayfair recruit.
“It’s really big for me,” Adimora said. “He’s like a big mentor to me and I really just follow his footsteps.”
