DB Bridges is starting to make summer plans

Matthews (N.C.) Butler safety Mark Bridges claims two official offers at this time. The 5-foot-11, 186-pounder believes he is close to landing more offers from a number of schools.
"I've got offers from Central Michigan and East Carolina," he said. "I'm still not sure about Cincinnati. I was told by my coach they had offered since the staff came from Central Michigan, but I guess it's still a verbal. I haven't seen paperwork.

"I think I'm really close to offers from NC State, Georgia Tech, North Carolina, Kentucky and Auburn. Those schools want to see me at camp and if I perform well they'll offer. I definitely plan to go to those for camps."
A few other schools have stopped by and checked out Bridges further.
"Coach Bridge came by and Duke along with Poindexter from Virginia, Georgia, Northern Illinois and Florida."
Interest is mounting, does Bridges like anyone?
"I really like Central Michigan, ECU and Cincinnati since they extended offers," he said. "For the others, I like Auburn, NC State and Georgia Tech. I've been to Auburn multiple times and really learned a great deal about them and the war eagle. The fans really care about football a whole lot. Coach Thigpen is really cool too.
"Georgia Tech is great because of the location from where I live. It's easy to get to and Atlanta is a great city. They have a great team and coaching staff. Of course the academics are great too.
"I like NC State a lot too. I know a lot of people there from my school and the coaches are great. I love the campus."
