DB Amos likes two schools

Towson (Md.) Calvert Hall safety Adrian Amos continues to hold a handful of offers. The 6-foot-1, 198-pounder claims two schools are sticking out, but is holding out hope for more offers in the near future.
"I've visited North Carolina, East Carolina, Connecticut, Rutgers, West Virginia, Temple and a couple other schools this summer," he said. "The last school I went to was West Virginia two weeks ago.

"I may go to Ole Miss's senior camp on Saturday."
What are the schools saying?
"Connecticut seems to like me a lot and I've got an offer from them along with West Virginia, Temple and Bryant along with a couple Division I-AA schools.
"But, South Carolina and Boston College say I'm real close to getting an offer. A lot of colleges want to see what I do this season."
Amos noted he continues to get a fair amount of letters from North Carolina and Rutgers is showing a lot of interest too still.
Do any schools stick out?
"I like all the schools," he said. "I like Connecticut a lot and then West Virginia," he said. "I like the facilities and the way the coaches are straight forward at Connecticut. They talk to me about where I fit in their defense. I like the role I'd play in their defense and the coverage schemes.
"As for West Virginia, I've only been one time and I just like their facilities. They are real good and a big football town. There is nothing else to do in West Virginia but play football."
Despite a couple leaders, Amos maintains he plans to wait through the season to see what else transpires.
