Dawgs and Tigers lead for Georgia OL

At 6-foot-9 and 335 pounds, Atlanta (Ga.) Westlake offensive tackle Courtney Abbott draws a lot of attention during football games. He's also getting his share of attention from college coaches, with two programs leading for his services.
The massive lineman is the No. 32-ranked offensive tackle according to Rivals.com, but he can also play on the defensive line.

“Most schools are recruiting me for defensive tackle, and I like playing there, but either way is fine with me.”
Right now, Abbott is listing Georgia and LSU as his top two schools, due to the fact that they are close to his home.
“The main thing for me will be to make sure my family can attend games,” he said. "That's very important to me."
While those two schools are recruiting him the hardest, Abbott also lists Michigan, Virginia, Clemson, and Auburn amongst the schools he is considering. He has offers from all of his favorites, but the Bulldogs and the Tigers stand head and shoulders above the rest.
“I love the region, and it’s very close to my family," he said. "They are also both good schools.”
Abbott visited both of the schools this summer for camp and liked them each quite a bit.
“Georgia had a great field, good facilities and a good coaching staff," he explained. "LSU was the same deal pretty much, they are somewhat alike.”
Abbott plans to wait until Signing Day to make a decision. He runs the 40-yard dash in 5.35 seconds, while his bench max is 400 pounds and his squat max is 600 pounds. He has a 2.3 GPA with an 860 on his SAT.
