Dawg dogging ACL injury

Kennesaw (Ga.) Harrison cornerback and Georgia commitment Paul Oliver is a fighter. So it’s no surprise that despite having ACL surgery on January 2 that he’s already riding a bike and running on a treadmill.
“I guess it’s moving along quite well,” he said. “I got a really good doctor and he found nothing else wrong with my knee when I had surgery. And now I’m already where I should be in week three in my therapy and I’m only really still on the first week.”

And that’s good news to Georgia coaches and fans.
“The only thing that I’ve not been able to do is keep my cardio up,” he said. “I’ve only been able to work on my upper body and my other leg. You should see my arms now. They’re pretty pumped.”
About as pumped as Oliver is to still be going to UGA.
“Did you see the Sugar Bowl,” Oliver said. “That was tight.”
Oliver, a five-star recruit, is scheduled to visit UGA on January 17. He said he is not considering other official visits.
