It has been an exciting last several weeks for junior quarterback Ricky Davis. The 6-3, 190-pound prospect attended junior days at two BCS schools this past weekend, and also transferred schools at the semester break.
"I went from Cincinnati Moeller to Bishop Fenwick in Middletown, Ohio," Davis said. "I have been going to lifting, getting to know the guys and get a better feel for the transition. So far it has been really, really nice."
Davis attended a junior day at West Virginia this past weekend, and on Wednesday night had followed up with Mountaineers assistant coach Jake Spavital.

"Coach Spavital said I am at the top of his quarterback prospect search and he wants to come in and see me at school," Davis said. "I had a great junior day and hopefully will get up to Morgantown a little bit more and talk about an offer after he sees me throw."
West Virginia's junior day took place on Saturday. Davis then traveled up to Columbus to take in Ohio State's junior day on Sunday.
"I talked with my area recruiting coordinator, Tim Hinton, and he had a lot of positive feedback. He said he wants to see me at camp, wants to see my senior highlight film, then talk about an offer after that. I also talked with Urban Meyer."
Next up for Davis is a junior day visit to Michigan State the weekend of Feb. 25. He previously attended a junior day at Indiana and was in contact with Hoosier's assistant coach Kevin Johns Wednesday evening. His two offers have come in from Akron and Bowling Green.
