Davis-Budanauro talks official visits

East Grand Rapids, Mich., offensive lineman Darrell Davis-Budanauro is thinking not only in terms of his summer unofficial visits, but his official visits as well.
"I have (scholarship) offers from Michigan State, Eastern Michigan, Purdue, Iowa State, and Indiana," Davis-Budanauro said. "I'm probably not looking at Eastern Michigan.

"I'm going to make a few college visits. I'm going to camps at Michigan State and Iowa State sometime this month."
Davis-Budanauro plans to make official visits to those two schools too.
"I'll make official visits to Michigan State, Iowa State, and Purdue. Then I'll probably make my decision in the middle of the season."
Things look favorable for the Spartans at this time.
"Michigan State is probably my favorite," Davis-Budanauro said. "It's close to home and I have a lot of interaction with the caoches. I like coach (Chuck) Driesbach a lot. He's real down to earth."
After playing on a 16-0 and state championship Carrollton, Texas, team his junior season, the 6-foot-5 and 360-pound Davis-Budanauro moved to Michigan just before Christmas. He has quickly adapted to life in the North and is looking forward to a big senior season for East Grand Rapids.
