Davis back from OSU with a twist

"He's back from Ohio State," wide receiver Fred Davis' mother Margo said. "But it changed to an unofficial visit."
"The Ohio State coaches wanted him to come back Dec. 5 when Marcus Freeman and a bunch of other guys are going to be there. So that's when his official visit will be."
Davis has previously made an official visit to Oklahoma. In addition to Ohio State he is also looking at Miami and USC. The Buckeyes are his leader.
The 6-foot-4 and 210 pound Davis, from Toledo (Ohio) Rogers, has played wide receiver, quarterback, and running back this season. He has 500 yards receiving and 13 touchdowns.
Davis is the number two overall prospect in the state of Ohio. He is the number three wide receiver prospect with a five star rating.
