Davidson visiting Pac 10 this weekend
Long Beach Poly (Calif.) defensive back Herman Davidson was planning to take it easy this weekend but that all changed Thursday night. The talented safety set up a visit to Cal this weekend in what will be his third official visit overall.
Davidson, 6-3, 215 pounds has already visited Michigan and North Carolina and will head to Berkeley later today.

"I just set it up last night," Davidson said. "They haven't offered me yet but hopefully it happens on the trip. They have some new coaches including DB coach Al Simmons who had offered me while at ASU.
"I'm very interested in Cal and would love an offer from them. I still my visit set to Miami next weekend and then I'm hoping for my last visit to be with LSU, who just started talking to me.
"I had talked about tripping to ASU but I don't think that is going to happen now. Hopefully things work out with LSU and I can visit that last weekend of January and then make my decision around Signing Day."
