Ponte Vedra (Fla.) Nease sophomore inside linebacker Kain Daub's most recent recruiting visit came a little over a week ago when he made his way to Florida State for their spring game.
"I got to see a lot of things at FSU," Daub said. "It was real nice."
The most impressive part of the visit for the 6-foot-3, 227-pound prospect was the way that Jimbo Fisher and his staff treated him.

"I just liked how all of the coaches were keeping up with me," Daub said. "They didn't beat around the bush, they told me what I needed to do. I liked how they just really talked to us a lot."
Daub expects to see a member of the Florida State staff at his practice during the spring after speaking with that assistant during his recent visit.
"I talked to Coach Odell Haggins a lot, he is my recruiter in the area," Daub said. "He just told me they are real interested and that I can come back whenever I want."
Daub has previously taken visits to Florida and Oklahoma State.
He claims offers from Florida, Florida State, LSU, Miami, Ohio State, South Carolina, and UCLA.
The rising junior says that he is open at this time in his recruitment, but admits that Florida stands out because of multiple visits to Gainesville and an affinity for Will Muschamp's coaching staff.
