Dashnaw making a move

Welcome Chad Dashnaw to the bright lights, big city.
After playing throughout his high school career at Acton (Calif.) Vasquez, which is one of the smallest schools in California, Dashnaw has made a move to one of the best city programs in Los Angeles.

"We have to make a family move because of work," Dashnaw's father, Jeff Dashnaw, said. "Chad's new school will be Narbonne High School in Harbor City, Calif."
Dashnaw, a three-star prospect that is drawing attention from Pac 10, Big 12, Mountain West and WAC programs, will join a program that tied for the City Section championship in 2008 and has numerous Division I prospects.
"They are a very competitive Division 1 school," Dashnaw's father said.
"We are very hopeful that it will be a great season. It is quite a change of pace going from our little school to this powerhouse."
Dashnaw is looking for a school that offers kinesiology as a major and somewhere where he can eventually see playing time. He hopes to decide on a school by the end of the summer.
