Darks set to visit Jayhawks
Lufkin, Texas linebacker Aaron Darks has set his first official visit.
“I am going to visit Kansas the weekend of January 30,” the 6-foot-1, 205-pound Darks said. “That is the only trip I have set right now.”

Darks had been set to visit Lawrence in December, but the Jayhawks’ bowl game preparation prevented him from going.
“It just couldn’t get done with them traveling last month,” the three-star rated Darks said. “If there is ever a good reason for having to move a visit, a bowl game is it.”
Darks has scholarship offers from Kansas, Houston and Texas Tech.
“I don’t have visits lined up to the other two, yet. They all have called when they can. We’ll see what happens when they get back to calling me here soon.”
Darks also has received some interest from Arkansas, Iowa and LSU.
