Daniels talks about unofficial visit

Columbus (Ohio) Brookhaven standout Alex Daniels was one of the recruits in attendance on an unofficial visit at the Ohio State-Wisconsin game last week.
"People just have to realize everybody is going to lose a game or two," he said of the Buckeyes. "They just need to start using their athletes. Try some new things."

Asked if he has scheduled any official visits, Daniels said, "I've got one to Oklahoma, November 12. They play Nebraska."
Has Daniels scheduled any other trips?
"Not yet," he said. "I'm looking at Ohio State, LSU, Florida State, Florida. I sent my tape to Florida State and Miami. And Florida has a tape. Michigan started calling now. But I'm not looking at them.
"I won't make an official visit to Ohio State. I've been there so many times."
Asked if he has a favorite, Daniels said, "I'm pretty even now. I just want to go places, see what it's like. See where I can make an impact."
The 6-foot-2 and 220 pound Daniels has been playing linebacker, strong safety, running back and tight end this season. However, he is currently on crutches after sustaining a bone contusion. Daniels did not play this past weekend and will be held out next weekend as well.
Daniels is the No. 10 athlete prospect in the Rivals.com player rankings and the No. 6 overall prospect in Ohio.
