"I talked to all the coaches. I talked to coach Fickell and coach Tucker. They're both recruiting me. I talked to coach Tressel, too."
"I haven't set up any official visits yet. I'm focusing on the season right now."
"Ohio State, Oklahoma, and LSU are my favorites. And kind of USC too if they offer. LSU hasn't offered, but they want me to make an official visit."
"I might go to the Ohio State-Marshall game. The weekend after that I'm going to Pitt's game with Dominic Jones. I'm looking at Pitt a little. I'm very open. Miami and Florida, I'm looking at them."
Daniels played strong safety and tight end in Brookhaven's 20-0 victory over Cincinnati Princeton. He made seven tackles, forced a fumble, recovered a fumble, and blocked a punt.
The 6-foot-2 and 220-pound Daniels made 28 tackles and intercepted two passes during his junior season. He also rushed for 655 yards and scored seven times. Daniels is the No. 10 "athlete" prospect in the Rivals.com player rankings. He is the No. 6 overall prospect in the state of Ohio.
