Dallas WR getting calls

Oklahoma bound Lendy Holmes isn’t the only talented prospect at Dallas South Oak Cliff. It’s also home to two-star receiver Dexton Fields. Fields, who is 6-foot-1 and 186 pounds, is getting plenty of calls, but the big question – is he earning any offers?
“I haven’t gotten any offers quite yet,” Fields said. “A lot of them are waiting to see me on tape from my first few games as a senior, but I have gotten a lot of calls so far.”

Calls from what teams?
“I’ve talked to coaches from Wisconsin, Kansas and Missouri,” Fields said. “The coaches are all really nice and talk to me about what their schools have and what the others don’t have. It’s really neat to talk to them about where they see you fitting in, too. I like that a lot.”
Fields has started off with a good senior season so far. Despite a 2-2 record overall as a team, he has 21 receptions for 231 yards. He’s also playing free safety and had four solo stops in a big game against state-ranked Ennis.
