Dallas RB picks Owls
Dallas (Texas) Lake Dallas running back Justin Hill came to a decision a few weeks ago and it looks like he's all set for college.
The 6-foot, 192-pound running back reeled in a scholarship offer from Rice some time ago and has made a commitment to the Owls.

"I committed to Rice two or three weeks ago I think maybe around December or late November," Hill said. "It was just where I wanted to be. It's a good place and they're really turning things around.
"I'm coming in as a running back."
Wyoming and Navy were the other two schools that had offered the talented Metroplex runner.
"I'm not looking around anymore," Hill said. "I'm done."
Hill was being recruited by coach David Beaty.
