Cumberland visits Minnesota, Jackson doesnt
Columbus (Ohio) Brookhaven teammates Jeff Cumberland and Mark Jackson were scheduled to visit Minnesota this weekend. Cumberland did. Why didn't Jackson?
"I took the ACT Saturday so I didn't visit Minnesota," Jackson said. "I'll go there Jan. 13.

"Jeff went this weekend. He hasn't decided on a college. We go to Marshall Jan. 27. And I go to Michigan State Jan. 6. That's it for now.
"But I'm talking to West Virginia and Texas."
Jackson and Cumberland have thought about going to college together.
"We talk about it," Jackson said. "His favorite is Miami. I'm looking at them too.
"My top three is West Virginia, Minnesota, and Texas."
The 6-foot-6 and 300 pound Jackson is the No. 5 center prospect in the Rivals.com player rankings and Cumberland is the No. 15 athlete prospect.
