Cumberland ready to resume visits
Columbus (Ohio) Brookhaven tight end Jeff Cumberland made an official visit to Minnesota in December. He is ready to resume his trips.
"I go to Marshall Jan. 13," Cumberland said. "I have Illinois Jan. 20 and West Virginia Jan. 27. I'm not sure if I'll visit anyone else."

Cumberland is still working on his academics.
"I'm thinking a little bit about a prep school, maybe Hargrave (Military Academy in Virginia)," Cumberland said.
"I think I'll take these three visits and see. I might not sign with anyone on signing day."
The 6-foot-6 and 220 pound Cumberland caught 30 passes for 835 yards during his senior season. Cumberland averaged 27.9 yards per catch and scored 13 times.
