Position: Wide Receiver/Defensive Back
Size and Speed: Perretta stands 5-foot-11, weighs 190 pounds and was timed in the 40 in 4.55. His bench 260, squat 430 and 250 clean. Perretta has also recorded a 33-inch vertical jump.
Honors: Perretta was selected all-league and was all-academic as a junior.
Statistics: Perretta caught 35 passes for 600 yards and scored seven touchdowns. He rushed for 250 yards on 40 carries and scored three touchdowns on the ground.
Favorite Colleges: Perretta is hearing a lot from Colorado. Colorado State, Arizona, Arizona State and San Diego State are also showing Perretta interest. He attended San Diego State’s junior day.
Skinny: Perretta is what you would call football fast. He’s a very tough and fearless. He’s another gutsy wide receiver who claims ownership of the football when the ball is in the air. He runs good routes and has an outstanding set of hands.
Perretta is a very athletic football player who will add cornerback to his list of duties this fall. He has the versatility and ability to garner looks as a safety by D-I colleges.
Perretta plays for one of San Diego’s county’s better football programs.
