Crucitti staying patient

Mount Ulla (N.C.) West Rowan athlete Jonathan Crucitti continues to sit on offers from the academies. The 5-foot-11, 190-pounder has seen his recruiting pick up in the new year. Are any more offers coming soon?
"A lot of colleges are coming in including William & Mary, Arkansas, Army and Richmond," he said. "Coach Petrino and Arkansas sat down with one of my teammates and they ended up taking my transcripts and film. I definitely have a preferred walk-on spot there if I want.

"The coaches from Army came in too. They've been great throughout."
Due to a busy schedule with basketball, Crucitti hasn't been able to visit anywhere else to date aside from Army in September. He did however mention one school he'd like to visit.
"I'm still getting letters from Stanford," he said. "My recruiter left for Western Kentucky though, so I'm waiting to see who takes over. That's one of those schools I'd like to visit."
In the meantime, Crucitti finished an impressive senior year helping his team to a state title.
"I broke the single season receiving record in county history and had a great overall year."
