Offer No. 2 has come in for wide receiver Neiko Creamer out of Elkton (Md.) Eastern Christian Academy. The offer is the first BCS scholarship for the 6-foot-4, 215-pounder.
"I got my second offer from Rutgers on Friday," he said. "They looked at a couple guys from our school for 2014 and then they saw me on film and offered."
Creamer was excited by the news.

"It's a pretty big offer," he said. "It's just my second offer and I'll probably have another coming once my transcript is sent to Boston College. They are talking about offering me by the end of this month."
Does Creamer know much about the Scarlet Knights?
"I know a lot about Rutgers," he said. "The first two years at school I went to their 7-on-7's. I've been to their facilities and around the campus. I know some people that have went there. I haven't planned on a visit soon, but I'm going to their camp and 7-on-7 this summer."
Meanwhile, plenty of other schools are interested.
"A lot of schools are looking at me, Maryland, Boston College, Connecticut, Tennessee and Auburn," he said. "They are just keeping in touch.
"I'm still debating what camps I'll go to this summer. I'm recovering well and about 75% back from a knee surgery earlier in the offseason. If I can run a 40 time and get the strength I need in my legs, I'll be doing more camps."
